It is a trick: The card is supported by two parallel thin threads joined (for example) from the wall to the pepsi, like as a suspended bridge. The card is not joined to the threads, but simply supported. Initially the two threads lie on the cd-rom near the two vertical batteries. Moving the pepsi you can stretch the threads and so raise up the card. You can control the movements of the card with the tension of the threads by moving and rotating the pepsi. (rotating the pepsi you control the inclination of the card, by stretching differently the two threads)
