What good has come from this solution? Surely there must be another route - garnishing wages of the parents - the children are not responsible for their parent actions...if "no child is to be left behind" then no child should be subjected to this shameful solution. The hurt caused from this sort of event in a person's life can linger longer than the memory of it.
