Fusarium is a large genus of fungus - only one of which is keratitis. I highly doubt that's the one they're using. The other, I think they're referring to, is Fusarium oxysporum which is a fungal disease known to affect coca plants.

Confusing the two is like saying that an orange is the same as a lemon just because they're both part of genus Citrus.
