Dwarf horses are now been bred as guild horses, and are more efficient then seeing eye dogs in various ways. They can't spend most of their time in doors though, they need a good amount of fresh air or they start developing respiration problems.
If this is such a huge concern, why don't they get rid of the penny and round up everything up to 10 or 5 cents. They used to have something called a 1/2 penny, but it was found to be useless so they phased it out. It's their loss for not taking the pennies, they denied legal tender. There have been plenty of white presidents, and GWB turned out to be the worst one. Just because there were some good ones doesn't mean they will all turn out the same way. I am probibly just misreading your sentence.
Raina_c, it's not about bathroom humor. These are actually deeply set cultural traditions in Catalan. I must admit that I admire the parallels they have with Christianity and the act of taking a dump.

I would also like to add that the Catalonian's also have a tradition of placing a figure like Santa Clause squatting down taking a dump beside baby Jesus in their nativity scenes. They also have a saying which translates into "Eat well; shit hard"!
