I dunno Alex maybe he is in this picture...

Incidentally this is how I saw it. And yes this little scenario played out in my head!

Panda: I've been shot!!!
Guy: STAY WITH ME!!!
Panda: Hold me one last time like we used to...
Guy: You'll be ok!
Panda: So dark... Momma? *croak*
Guy: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I've seen too many war movies. :)

I'm sure he was a pretty rough guy, but I wonder how many of those stories were inventions after he died by foreign rulers, or proceeding kings who want to seem better than their compared to him.

King1: Hey guys calm down, you think I'm Bad, Vlad over there impales people for fun! Did I mention he's the devil incarnate?

I have a feeling that a lot of those stories about covering your mouth or X will happen began as a way parents got their kids to cover their mouth when they yawn. :)

I know if I was 5 and my mom said you better cover your mouth when you yawn, OR THE DEVIL WILL DEVOUR YOUR SOUL!!! I think I'd remember... :)

Well I was pretty sure it was a piece on a train, until I found out it was only 2 inches tall. There is a Durbin, west Virginia and I think they are pretty famous for their old locomotives.

So it might be a piece on an old locomotive, but I have no idea where it would go or what purpose it would serve. Maybe someone else does.

Incidently, can anyone make out all the letters on the other side? S T L (something) K O ? or maybe the K is an R or an &. I cant really make out the letter before if there is one.

Oh no I got the Canary Island question wrong! Coming from People Magazine those were pretty tough questions. A few I had to guess between 2 options (indonesia one, and the south africa one because there are a couple of countries inside it)

I'm betting they did that on purpose so we would have to go through the agony of listening to her correct us.

I did find the part where she laughed and smiled at the end of each segment kind of funny. Also did anyone notice when she almost tripped over archepalegic (however it's spelled).

As for the first question did some research into the first question Ozi, and according to Wikipedia (I know not the best source but I'm not going to put that much effort into this!). Anyways according to wikipedia, the Atacama desert is the driest place on earth. dry valley is described as ONE of the most extreme deserts. You can't just look at precipitation as a method of determining dryness, you must also look at water coming into the area. The article on the Dry Valley states that the area is "relatively" ice free, and that during the summer it receives water from glacial run off.

I have also seen a couple of educational programs that say Atacama desert is the driest place on Earth.

Either way, they are both pretty hostile places to live!

Is a melt down when they spew lots of radiation everywhere?

If so I really find it difficult to believe that these plants would do that without constant human intervention.

But then again, I'm not a scientist or a nuclear engineer so what do I know...

Well thats all the proof I need! Man and dinosaurs coexisted! God obviously designed the T-Rex to bend down like that so that man could more easily "walk" them around the cave neighborhood twice a day. :)
