Not wanting to be 'that person' but I'm not sure you can lump Cromwell in with the dictators you list in Mussolini, Hitler and Stalin! He was, ultimately, a parliamentarian but ran into more than a fair share of hard-headed individuals....at the least, it's a fairly contentious issue.
