I always heard the Cary Grant never said "Judy Judy Judy". However, after impersonators starting doing it, having a good sense of humor he did start to say it when fans requested.

There has to be a balance. Okay, your older brother has a great collection of tunes, and you borrow his library. That is one thing, but to file share everything you have with the rest of the world is pushing it.

If you hear a new tune you really like, buy it. 99 cents is not going to break you. If no one does it, then expect to pay more for music. It is really cheap now compared to the days of records and CD’s. Don't blow this!!

I know words are wasted, but at least I had my say.

What is the deal with 1:13. A guy lays down in front of the car. The driver stops in time, then proceeds to beat the crap out of the dude.

Was it a personal injury scam, or perhaps the driver was just angry at the pedestrian for being so stupid?

I noticed the end of disco when I saw Bill Murry's movie "Stripes". Someone had a T-Shirt on that said "Die Before Disco". At that moment, I knew it was over.

I recall the next "big thing" was "Urban Cowboy-another John Travolta movie. Suddenly everyone was wearing cowboy hats and boots, and lots of clubs popped up.

Next was the exercise craze. Travolta even had a movie for that called “Perfect”, also staring Jamie Lee Curtis. Olivia Newton John did a better job of capitalizing on the exercise craze with her “Physical” Tour where she wore cute spandex outfits like aerobics instructors wear.

Disco wasn't the only music of that era. Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Queen and lots of other rock bands were still going strong during that same period. I never had a problem with Disco. Some of it was bad, and over produced, but I thought some was pretty good.

I actually think the worst music from that period was the “harmony” stuff, like “Afternoon Delight” by the “Stand Land Vocal Band”.

While I agree that suspending the kid is rediculous, I really wish parents wouldn't encourage their own kids to have such silly hair cuts. It should have gone down like this, "YOU SHAVED WHAT?? ON THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD!!!"

If this is a free speech issue, then where is the line? Do we let them all wear thongs or batman costumes everyday? Maybe so, but to me this is nothing but a bad art shaved on somebody's head.

P.S. I thought it was Chuck Norris too. :)

Jolly,
You see the photo and wonder how in the heck are they going to get around each other. WE the viewer find it interesting.

I can understand why the drivers wouldn't find this video interesting, but I am puzzled that you don't. Do you drive semi's or buses perhaps? :o)

I think the final design used was the best choice. It seems much more unearthly, just looking at his cranium with no obvious eyes.

Skulls are too common in our culture and invoke different feelings to various audiences. The hybrid child in Alien Reserection came off as silly.

I worked with an engineering, who started back in the 70’s. His first entry level job was to find a virus (worm) that was corrupting data in their primary analysis software. Apparently a previous employee who had gotten fired, decided to get revenge and created the virus and put it in the software.

The odd thing is, in the 70’s punch cards and mainframes were still the primary computing method. So the virus was dispersed somewhere in several large stacks of punch cards. To debug the software, he had to go through stack after stack of punch cards to figure out what in the heck was going on. He said it was the worst task he ever had in his long career.

"...As concerned as they were with piracy of their own software, that didn’t stop them from making and selling bootleg copies of other expensive programs, such as Lotus 1-2-3. "

So, they pirates didn't like piracy? They didn't like college kids making illegal copies of their software but they turn around and make illegal copies of someone elses and sell it for profits.
