Alan, see the listing. Walking distance to Central Park, the Guggenheim, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Lincoln Center for Performing Arts. Also save a 2-hr commute to work if you have a job in the area. There's enough floor space to share with a roommate or two to split the cost - which includes utilities. (And you only have to walk up three flights of stairs...)

Can some reader identify the operatic source and tell us whether the selection is in some way related to falling/tragedy/injury etc? It works well as a soundtrack here - I'm just wondering whether there is a broader context that escapes me.

I find it interesting that the pole vault "crossing bar" is soft and flexible, presumably to prevent injuries on unsuccessful vaults. You learn something every day. Thanx, Miss C.

There is one other humorous connotation for those familiar with a "Foley attached to a leg bag."

I also don't understand the apparent rage at an imperfection near the end; seems out of character from the presumed parsimony of the ancestral craft. (It also looked to me like the miscut was intentional in order to make some point for the video...)
