We've had an Eco John at our mountain cabin for over a year and It has worked out very well. The phone tech support is just outstanding.

Before that, we were scammed by Usenburn (also known as Storburn). They required full payment for a propane toilet and then never delivered even after multiple attempts on our part, Beware of them!!!!
