all the comments about photoshop..... well, from a girls perspective that is in an industry where i see alot of girls with mismatched skin tones in their pics...

i would just say that she has some acne and is wearing too much powder and/or and foundation that she bought before she got so tanned. i see this alot more than you can imagine. just an amateur make-up job if you ask me.
