Trying to engineer marijuana with no THC, so they're trying to make hemp? And isn't experiencing the high at least some part of the benefit of marijuana? The high isn't incapacitating or come with a list of side effects, especially in comparison to many prescription drugs, and probably makes the treatment actually enjoyable.
