A number of these guys are pretty important historically. Hoover, after whom the big dam in Nevada is named, was the last president to try austerity to fix an economy in ruins. He failed, and set the stage for FDR's New Deal. James Monroe is remembered for the Monroe Doctrine, which was the main underpinning for the concept of Manifest Destiny (that the U.S. should stretch from that Atlantic to the Pacific ocean). Zack Taylor was also pretty important, as he, as a U.S. Army General, was a big reason Mexico ceded California, New Mexico, Nevada and Arizona to the U.S. This propelled him into the presidency.

Where's William Henry Harrison (who died after just 30 days in office) and Andrew Johnson (who undid Reconstruction)? The incompetent Martin Tyler is a good choice, as is Warren Harding. But why not Calvin Coolidge?

Donna "Reed" not "Redd." And the same thing holds true for other minorities. Hollywood happily gives out nominations to actors who reinforce cultural stereotypes through film.

What about recent movies shot in black and white? Should they be colorized? Seriously.

The idea is ridiculous, of course. The scene composition is so much different between the two formats. It would ruin Citizen Kane and all of Kurosawa's early work, for example.
