The American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore is another one worth the trip if you're ever in town. Specializing in "outsider art" the exhibits are really something to behold.

The American Dime Museum was another great, freaky museum, but they shut down this past February & auctioned off all of their oddities.

Doesn't seem to translate well as low-res images, up close they'd be cool to check out though.
