Just what I was going to say... I've been ticked by the gushing articles on Moller's aircar in Popular Science and the like since the '70s. Why the SEC or some state or investors haven't strung him up is beyond me...
Very similar to a number of 3-wheel motorcycle concepts. Even GM made a great one similar to this that banks while the two rear wheels stay flat:

Never got produced because they are lawsuit machines. Lawyers would be lined up ready to sue the pants off the manufacturers for producing "unsafe vehicles".
