I believe that to an extent luck has to do with attitude, but not always. Take the example of... me: I was robbed at gunpoint on a beach trip, I got my apartment door kicked in while I was sleeping alone, my car has gotten broken into at least 5 times, I had a carbon monoxide leak in my apt and the whole building almost died, I was with my friend when SHE caught 35 acres of a mountain on fire and we BOTH got a year's probation, and in the past 380 days I have lost my great uncle, two great aunts, my grandmother, my uncle, my aunt, my childhood cat, my bunny, and the day before my aunt's funeral we got news that another great uncle was in the hospital. Not to mention various other atrocities that have happened to me both in my childhood and adulthood that I don't care to share in public. I guess you could say I have good luck because I've lived through all these things and I try to be fairly optimistic, but come on! In my case, it's hard to believe I don't have "bad luck". I've always had a positive outlook on life and think that everything happens for a reason, but it's beginning to get ridiculous. I'd like this guy to study me and see the results!
