I like the saying "Luck is when preparation meets opportunity." I think the harder you work the more focused you are. The more focused you are the more likely to see when opportunity comes, therefore the luckier you will be.
When you are so involved in something mentally, you can not even see anything else, but the things related to your thinking. And that's how you attract "luck" into your life.
