Yeah that happen here. The sign before hand said about constuction on a street that everyone know is going on there. Even if they didn't they could see the street with all the orange cones and things like a couple blocks away for it so I didn't understand why people were making a big deal out of it. I thought it was funny. They said it was a misdemeanor for doing it.
