OK. So one more post about how awful human beings are. Snooze.

I have little money but when I am asked to donate at the supermarket or some other store, I always say no. I prefer to give to the charities of MY choice, thank you and I don't LIKE being sollicited for money on a routine basis when I'm about to open my wallet. Just because someone doesn't say yes at the checkout doesn't mean they are stingy.

And all the anti-rich sentiment is just nonsense, isn't it. Why begrudge someone their wealth? Did they steal it from YOU? No, they didn't. Duh.

And the tax info is correct. A very few pay the most of what taxes are paid here in the USA. Be thankful for them and for a system that allows so many of the rest of us to get away with paying very little to the government in comparison.

what are you two on about with your comments? Can you not SEE that the child is enjoying reciting the poem? That he takes pleasure in saying the words?

We all learn by rote when we are young and how you can possibly see his apparent pleasure at knowing this poem as something negative is beyond comprehension, really.

What he is learning from such an exercise will serve him well for years to come. It doesn't matter if he isn't sure what a cornflower is for now. We all learned songs and nursery rhymes without knowing what every word meant.

I think men can live more easily with few clothes. For women, it would be difficult to continuously wear the same things week after week.

Seems it's a lot about HIM HIM HIM these days. He's interesting enough, but am not sure that just watching someone be interesting is entertainment.

He was on ''Bones'' and totally unconvincing as some sort of shrink. And his show in the UK, ''Wisdom'' was so lame after the 1st 2 episodes, I couldn't bear to watch anymore. And his show where he visited America...well, it was very so-so at best. He did do ''Who Do You Think You Are?'' and that was quite good but only because his family has an interesting and sad history.

He needs to get some solid writing to back up his talent.

They are a problem just about everywhere... I read that some crazy ''save the animals'' group actually threatened a priest because the town was going to install anti-pigeon spikes or bars on the roof of his church. I think it was in France. Not sure...
