Well, goldfish are carp. Idiots buy goldfish thinking they're good fish for small tanks or bowls not realizing how big they get so they chunk the fish in to the nearest body of water.

Just read up on Primal or Paleo eating. Most of the people that have success with it eat loads of yummy healthy fats and are nice and fit.
