Whatever body modifications you do to yourself, you need to be able of carry it with confidence. The stars are done well and neat, unlike other tattoos out there, she should be proud of them and rock it like a hot outfit. The tattoo artist is clearly confident in his own skin with all the modifications. Otherwise why would you get something so permanent?
