I don't usually cry at this sort of thing, but actual tears fell for this one. How do you explain to a four year old what is going on? I am 12 times her age and don't understand why the hell we are over there. I just pray to the powers that be that her daddy comes home again. So many on either side of this have not. Yet even if he does, the scars of his leaving will run deep. Poor little child.
