Cute, but a bit tricky to pull off well. I don't how it is in Australia, but in the U.S. prospective employers would probably be a bit discomfited by the fact skin color is included on the sheet.
Also, what is the employer to make of the fact that the person has obviously exaggerated his stats (Dex 22, Cha 20), yet still has a self-proclaimed Wisdom of 8?! Frankly, that's probably would be the stat I'd most care about as an employer.
Also, it seems like a bit more modesty might be called for since the "character" is still in school. I like that the skills are described in "ratings" (though I'm a bit dubious about a not-yet-a-profession having "advanced" skills), but think it would probably be better to get rid of the numeric level rating.
