There are a lot worse records ever recorded, this list is pretty incomplete. The Shags comes immediately to mind. The farting guy can't really be called "bad" as he is trying to make people laugh anyhow - he's trying to be bad (or disgusting, etc.). If someone is trying to be bad, I don't think that should count. The prank phone call guy shouldn't count either - those are bad jokes, not bad albums. If you're going to count every album recorded, then this list is seriously incomplete!
