It's half-baked ideas and schemes like this that frustrates the hell out of those of us who legitimately married foreign spouses. Nothing like 2 years and thousands of dollars in fees and waiting games to be approved since the government has to sort through illegitimate petitions for K1/K3 fiance visas.
