24 hr supervision is not necessary. But more supervision than was applied here is necessary. Cans of paint should not be accessible to toddlers, nor should they have had enough time to do this much damage. At least the parents who took these photos weren't upset, judging from the smiling kids. What a pain to clean up though! The glass TV screen - not too bad. The sofa - forget it, it's garbage now. Looks like the one on the right probably ingested some paint - yuk!
