Sorry, I'm with travesty. If you don't want a painted TV, don't leave a can of paint in a room with two unsupervised toddlers. Those parents are lucky, lucky, lucky that's all that happened. Parents, if you want nice things and live children, child-proof your house or supervise your toddlers.

Judging by the smile on the little boy's face, I'd say the mom/dad understands where the responsibility lies in this situation and wasn't too upset with the children, though and that's cool. Glad the babies had a good time and are safe.
