According to Wikipedia, it was Jack, not Scott Whittingham that fell out with Fleming over Thunderball, and it was NSNA, a rehash of Thunderball, that was produced as a result, although that was after Whittingham's death.
Oh, and also, it's Gerard, not Gerald Butler.
