"Blurry tribal line", I would guess, would come from all the tribal line tattoos seen on various people who thought they were cool at one time. I think what masada was trying to point out, is that the tattoos commonly seen are NOT unique, thereby perpetuating a stereotype of sorts.

I don't have a tattoo myself, simply because I don't see any need for one. I just don't get the point (no pun intended). However, some tattoos I find to be beautiful (ironically enough, they are usually the larger ones), some are just boringly trendy (see above), and others are downright stupid and/or ugly.

Perhaps I am wrong, but the whole tattoo thing in & of itself seems like a big fad. Maybe that is why some of us don't take part. We want to be the Sneetches without the stars on our bellies?

@auntslappy - It sounds like he's just created another search engine, renders the results on paper, and calls himself an author.

So... he didn't actually write any books. He wrote software that "writes" "books" for which he takes credit. Under this logic, Gutenberg "wrote" the Bible.
