Having lived in the area for many years I did eventually check this out. As Pat puts it, this does not in any way resemble a medieval castle, it looks like what it is, which is a stone house cobbled together by a crazy guy who thinks the government is out to get us. If you ever have a chance to meet Mr. Bishop, pass on that opportunity and find something else to do.
