This is been happening for years in Colorado, specifically at Loveland Pass. In fact I heard about 3 shots when I was skiing at Loveland Basin last week.
I live in Colorado and have been volunteering for the USFS for 4 years. If I ever see this lady out in our woods (our as in the American people's), I will call the police and the USFS. Go do your art on your own land.
It seems pretty obvious to me that if you dump 600 gallons of 98% water per day on your fields they will do better. The proteins and other stuff in the milk gets broken down by bacteria which surely adds nutrients, but the extra water probably does the most IMHO.
The suspicion is on a rogue (or freak) wave, not a tsunami. They are completely different.
From Wikipedia:
Rogue waves are not tsunamis, which are set in motion by earthquakes [and] travel at high speed, building up as they approach the shore. Rogue waves seem to occur in deep water or where a number of physical factors such as strong winds and fast currents converge. This may have a focusing effect, which can cause a number of waves to join together.
