I have been told that a lot of the Disneyland security force is actualy off duty police officers from local cities. They pay pretty good and seems to be a good part time gig for the cops. Magic Mountain has a discount for gang bangers who dress in colors, or thats how it seemed like to me the last time I was up there, about 20 years ago. The mouse wont stand for that.
