Even in the litigious USA, you can still hop into a bumper car and get in a good round of therapeutic violence without actually hurting anyone. Of course, we Yanks have a higher tolerance for violence, although a brief glimpse of a nipple may cause some of my countrymen to fall down in foaming fits.
