I found this illustration in the Facebook Neatorama post I scrolled by today. I was horrified to see an illustration of an adult woman masturbating a prepubescent girl in my Facebook feed. I notified Facebook that it was inappropriate, by moral and legal standards, but they did not think it was bad enough to remove. I am questioning the wisdom of Neatorama's positioning of that painting as the leading illustration in a FB post that can be seen by anyone who likes the Neatorama page. It is a portrayal of child sexual abuse, whether the girl is consenting or not, and that is a crime. It is child pornography, by legal standards. I generally like Neatorama but I suggest you take greater care with what you choose to display in public.
