Jefferson 1's Comments

A relic of the little known but incredibly sexy S&M circuit among 18th century Carribean pirates. Originally designed for a highly devout Catholic pirate captain to perform dual functions as a prosthetic leg and as a device for self-mortification (similar to the celise featured in the Davinci Code), the device soon gained widespread popularity with dominant mistresses of peg-legged pirates. It allowed them to extend the reach of their sadistic dominance outside of the bed-cabin without openly undermining the captain's authority in front of his men. It was known as a petit pique (trans: little prick) and references to the device in period letters are often misinterpreted as a description of inadequate or disappointing male genitalia.
