No, they can't because the business is actually legal despite what the story says. If you read the linked article, they call the shop illegal but then say that a legal loophole allows them to operate. Sounds like it's not so illegal after all.Since the cops couldn't legally do anything, they dumped these blocks out front to try to stop their business. Now they post their prices out in the open and sell their weed out the back door from what I've read elsewhere. Pretty childish of the cops if you ask me.
