I am pretty new at this blogging thing! Being 66 years old, I thought of getting something to keep myself entertained and occupied, with a blog... I have two music Facebook groups which mainly cover Oldies music (https://www.facebook.com/groups/favouriteoldies/?ref=group_header) and one which is more country specific - to my country...for ex-pats and local people alike (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1764839650310855/?ref=group_header). Back to the blog....firstly, to get a niche topic to blog about was the first hurdle to overcome - as just about all niches/genres have been covered in some way or another. To acquaint myself with the blogging format and to see what it's all about, I decided on a niche covering all kinds of interesting things I find on the Internet - basically info that could 'amaze and amuse' people - hence my blogs name https://amazeandamuse.blogspot.com/. Secondly, my biggest problem is how to get people to read my blog....thus, any experienced bloggers out there that can assist me on how to direct traffic to my blog, will be appreciated! Thanks for your time and hoping to hear from you...
