It's a Zenith TV Remote, where the term "Clicker" comes from.
One button was power, one was volume up, one for volume down, and one for channel up if I remember correctly.
It used hi-frequency audio so line of sight wasn't needed. My cat would slightly freak with every click. Great for making her stop something she was doing dead in her tracks.
