I've been to the Sedlec Ossuary in Prague and Centralia, Pennsylvania.
The Sedlec Ossuary is DEFINITELY not to be missed. Its just simply amazing. Worth the drive out there. You can find some photos buried in my Prague set on flickr
Centralia is cool but not really worth a trip just to see it unless you are in the area, or combining it with going to Knoebel's amusement park about 20 miles away (http://www.knoebels.com/). There is one hugely cracked road that is no longer in use that has tons of graffiti. You can see some smoke rising from it but its not billowing. If you press your hand against the concrete you will feel the warmth of the fire.
Some friends and I made a road trip from NYC to Centralia and by itself wouldn't have been very impressive. Nearby is Knoebel's amusement park which is an old school pay-per-ride park with several wooden coasters and reasonable prices. The food is awesome and also reasonably priced. For $20 you can play all day! Combined its worth a visit.
