It's not the microgravity that makes the drag unusual, it's the altitude - there's still atmosphere where the ISS orbits, it's just very, very thin so there's very, very little drag.
Lighten up, Vako, having your surroundings unexpectedly move without the feeling of movement is disorienting for anyone.
