I've challenged the Leviticus abominations with people before. No one has ever given me a satisfactory answer why people have fixated upon homosexuality as opposed to wearing mixed fibers or eating shellfish. The Protestant denomination in which I was raised doesn't use instrumental music in their worship services, only a cappella singing. When I finally asked a minister why that was, I was told that there was no example given of it in the New Testament, only the Old, and that the church was founded on the teachings of the New. Yet this same church repeated the same old broken record about homosexuality.

For the record, I think the counter protest is great. Clever without being mean-spirited.
