Mario Seinfeld - A Parody About Nothing

(Video Link)

When you’ve been plugged into your gaming console for far too many hours, playing your way through games starring Super Bros. et alia, things can begin to look a bit strange back in Realityville.

Your neighbors start looking like boss monsters, ambient noises outside your home sound like video game sound effects, and the stars of your favorite TV shows are replaced by moustachioed plumbers Mario and Luigi like they are in this EsquirebobAnimations mashup Mario.

Watching a show about nothing turned out to be pretty-pretty-pretty good, but selling a video game about nothing would take a special kind of genius, perhaps the folks at Kramerica Industries could give it a shot?

Mark Hamill Outtake Photo Becomes Subject Of Reddit Photoshop Battle

Take a silly candid behind-the-scenes shot from the set of a beloved movie and post it online and you’re bound to get lots of likes, but if it’s a photo of Mark Hamill making a goofy face while dressed like Luke Skywalker on the set of Star Wars, and that picture is posted to Reddit with an accompanying Photoshop challenge then you’re bound to get lots of hilarious submissions!

Derpy Luke Skywalker can be seen swimming with the dolphins, using the Force to create rainbows from the palms of his hands, and generally act in a manner considered quite unbecoming by the noble Jedi Council.

Disney Princesses As Game Of Thrones Characters

It’s safe to say that Walt Disney would absolutely not approve of this Disney Princesses as Game of Thrones characters crossover, unless it made him a couple million bucks of course, but as of now old Walt has yet to come back as a zombie, and nobody has discovered his talking head in a jar, so I guess illustrator Sam Tsui, aka DjeDjeHuti on DeviantArt, can safely share his character redesigns with the world.

Elsa from Frozen conveniently fits right in, but if Sam had come up with these designs years ago he would have been sorely lacking a fitting princess for the role of Daenerys, however casting Mulan as Brienne is absolutely perfect.

It’s a good thing this crossover will never happen in real life, because I don’t think Disney fans would enjoy seeing these lovable princesses being butchered like Westeros hogs at a Red Wedding!

The Most Ridiculous Mashup Ever - SpongeMen SquareWatch

(Video Link)

It takes a sponge wearing square pants to solve the greatest murder mystery to ever rock the annals of Bikini Bottom superhero history, a special kind of square pants wearing sponge with a cool face mask thingie and really cool detective style clothing.

Born to raise the WTF factor to infinity times infinity, SpongeMen SquareWatch is the animated mashup nobody asked for, nobody thought they wanted, but now leaves us waiting breathlessly for a full length sequel.

Created by Rodrigo Huerta and Hans Van Harken for El-Cid, SpongeMen SquareWatch is a hilarious way to scar the already troubled minds of SpongeBob fans, and an adorably clever way to pay homage to Alan Moore's masterpiece Watchmen.

Science Fiction Butcher Shop

This is Horim's "Night Market Galaxy." This small version doesn't do it justice, so be sure to view the larger original.

It's a market butcher shop and eatery. Maybe it's not the most pleasant diner in the galaxy. It certainly isn't the cleanest. But you can't beat the fresh facehugger. And I see that they've got human on special. Yummy!

What's that reptillian-looking creature on the far left? A Gorn?

New Batman Figures From DC Collectibles

Fans of Batman: The Animated Series were pleasantly surprised by the sheer volume of figures that came out for the series back in the 90s. Kenner did a surprisingly good job of not only capturing the iconic look of the series, but also in making toys which were fun to play with, complete with lots of accessories and even a few vehicles and playsets.

So why create a whole new series of action figures based on Batman:TAS? Because the dream of the 90s is alive in Toyland and this new series, released by DC Collectibles, is sure to make collectors feel like a kid again.

DC Collectibles is not only releasing some sharp looking figures from B:TAS, they’re making figures from The New Batman Adventures and more, and it’s a sure bet that Batfans will be lining up to get their hands on these new figures when they’re released in November.

Baby Yoda

Adam Rex, an artist and writer in Tucson, Arizona, compose this sketch of the little Jedi master. He also wrote a poem to accompany it:

“I want a cookie,” baby cries,
as ’round the swamp the timber flies.
Mr. Yoda says to Ms.:
“Adorable his grammar is.”

Karen Geier comments, "why wasn't this cartoon made in the 80s?" Hmm. I'm not sure. Do we want a Star Wars equivalent of Muppet Babies?
