We did have a Doctor Who-ish wedding. We had a Dalek cake, and I dressed as the 8th Doctor, but we didn't force our geekiness upon any of our guests.

Many years ago some friends of ours had a Tardis console cake,which almost disintegrated due to heat and humidity.

(I wore Romana's Destiny of the Daleks costume for the rehearsal, does that count?)
