I'm not sure if the eye makeup in this tutorial reminds me of anime or the Powerpuff Girls but one thing's for certain- it certainly is a bold look!
You're sure to have lots of people checking you out if you walk around sporting giant makeup eyes on your face, although they may just be trying to figure out where your real eyes lie in that sea of unstaring anime eyeballness.

I used this tutorial last year for Halloween and the eyes came out really well, even for someone with practically zero make-up experience.
