Deadmau5 normally wears a pretty neat costume to perform in, but he went the extra mile for Halloween. Of course, the "mau5" head had to stay, or no one would recognize him. But the Pinhead trappings (from the movie Hellraiser) really made it special! Link

Jesse Pinkman is cooking up a batch of the blue stuff for Halloween this year, only it's not meth- it's rock candy!
And that's not the Jesse Pinkman we know and love from the show, but rather the creator of this fun Breaking Bad themed short Casey Atchley.
I wonder if any of the trick-or-treaters that hit Casey's house came back looking for a refund?

Every day is Halloween for most movie stars, because they're constantly dressing up for the show they're currently shooting.
So it makes sense that they'd cut loose come Halloween night, wearing costumes which are either extremely theatrical or just plain crazy, like this pic of Harrison Ford channeling his inner rock star. Happy Halloween Hollywood!

Okay all you foodies out there, can you guess what this is?
If your answer was a Butterscotch Broomstick with chow mein noodles, you would be correct. Also if you anwered that correctly and with confidence- can you make me some? For more pictures and info check out Cozy Walls.
For the bottom part of the broom, melt together 12 oz. butterscotch chips with 3 tablespoons of nut or sunflower butter until uniform and glossy. Coat 5-6 oz. of chow mein noodles with the golden butterscotch mixture and drop as pyramid piles onto parchment paper. For the broomstick, place a pretzel stick in the middle of the pile and give them about 20 minutes to harden. These brooms are easy to make, easy to serve, and perhaps even easier to eat.

You gotta admire this guy's sense of style, his Banjo-Kazooie costume almost looks like something he would wear on days other than Halloween!
He gets bonus points for all the extra little touches he's included- his bird Kazooie in the backpack, the discovered Puzzle Piece and the shark tooth necklace all sell the fact that he's supposed to be Banjo the bear even though his face isn't very bear-like.
Even though Hurricane Sandy has struck, the show still goes on for Jimmy Fallon, and last night he treated the Halloweenies of the world to all the awesome homemade costumes people sent in via #DIYHalloween on Instagram.
The clear winner of the group- The Shihtzuation from the Poopy Shore!

Here's an oldie but goodie that chronicles the life cycle of a pumpkin, from the patch to the carving table, complete with horrifying sound effects.
Pumpkins have it pretty easy until Halloween rolls around, and then come Thanksgiving and their orange heads begin to roll for the sake of making pumpkin pies...

Redditor katto's son wanted to be a bowl of spaghetti for Halloween. She made it happen.
The bowl is an old lampshade, the meatballs are styrofoam covered with fluffy socks and painted, the spag is knitting wool, the hat is a sieve and the pieces of sauce are the socks leftovers :)
