X user G. Gordon Lady shared this photo of a woman in costume for Halloween. She thinks that the woman is dressed as a traffic cone. But other denizens of X think that it's actually the logo for the VLC media player:
I think that this second interpretation is probably correct, especially given that the woman uses black sleeves to mimic the background of the app.
Obviously a traffic cone cosutme. Even though it could be a VLC-media-player costume, it has to be noted that the number and placement of the stripes rather point to a vanilla traffic cone. Additionally, it may be noted that the costume has a back baseplate, while the VLC-media-player logo shows an orange base plate. The black sleeves seem not to be relevant, as they may also be black ot emphasize the conicity of the cone (otherwise it woulld look like a cone having shoulders). That is, even as it could be a VLC-media-placer costume, it is presumalbe just a Traffic cone costume. Additinally the "search engine fight" shows much more hits for "traffic cone costume" than for VLC-Cosume..
