Doing Business Calls The Right Way

Meeting in person has always been the best way to establish good business relationships with each other, be it with your colleague or your client. But because of the current circumstances, that practice has been put to a halt temporarily. And so we go and do the next best thing, which is phone calls.

Calls are far better ways for you to connect on an interpersonal level. That’s the good news.
The bad news is that we often meander in these sorts of conversations. Chitchatting your way through a call may be the right touch when talking to a friend or family member, but it can lead to a dead end when making a business call.

So, how do we do a business phone call the right way? Judith Humphrey provides us with a four-part template that we can use to make sure we don’t treat our business calls like casual ones.

See the template over at Fast Company.
