The Ring in Augmented Reality

Oh, what a brave new world our inventors and engineers have developed for us! If they can't solve world hunger or bring peace among nations, at least they can scare the living daylights out of us. Programmer Abhishek Singh made an augmented reality program that recreates the iconic scene from The Ring in which Samara/Sadako climbs out of the TV. You know the one. It's pretty creepy.

She's even able to follow the viewer around as you try to escape. While it's not perfect, this does show the terrifying possibilities for the technology and what it can be used for. -via Gizmodo

I'm convinced. The chain of events is beyond unlikely unless some higher power is punishing The Empire for its sins.

Reports also place Anakin's former partner Obi Wan Kenobi (under the alias "Ben") at the Death Star immediately before it's destruction. Supposedly "killed" at the station before the attack, eyewitnesses report no body was found at the scene- what was Kenobi ACTUALLY doing in the hours between his "death" and the Death Star's destruction? Could it have been Anakin's own trusted friend and mentor who set the charges which would destroy the station? Note that a former associate of Kenobi, one Chewbacca, has been placed on the mysterious frieghter vessel as well... Wake up, sheeple!
