OMNI was a "science and science fiction" magazine consistently ahead of its time, and it featured great stories from Harlan Ellison, William S Burroughs, Joyce Carol Oates, George R. R. Martin and the mighty William Gibson, just to name a few.

And don't get me started on the amazing artwork found inside every issue, like this rare Dune art that reveals Frank Herbert's original vision:

OMNI was recently available to download for free via archive.org but has since moved to Amazon, where high-resolution issues are sold individually and free to read for Kindle Unlimited subscribers.

Yes, drainage would be a serious problem with this shower unit.

If you're already clean it's great. If you're not, you'll be writhing around in dirty water until it all washes away. I can't imagine many people have ever had a shower and thought 'I wish I could lie down while I was doing this' - the shower experience is surely one where you are refreshed/cleaned from head to toe. There are showers with multiple jets which spray most of your body as you stand, but again the water drains away down to your feet.

They have this kind of shower in some French therms. While you get showered with hot sea water, you get a back, arm and legs massage...

Doesn't seem very realistic in functionality. How are you going to clean yourself all around comfortably? You may as well take a bath; it'd be easier.
