The Evolution of Stunts with Damien Walters

Stuntman Damien Walters (previously at Neatorama) acts out a variety of famous movie stunts while running on a giant treadmill. The movie sets are projected on the room around him. It's pretty cool!

You might recognize the movies these are from. I saw Steamboat Bill, Jr., Raiders of the Lost Ark, and North by Northwest. Can you name the others for me?  -via Tastefully Offensive

Hanging from the clock at 0:27 is Harold Floyd, "Safety Last" (1923). The wind scene in 0:37 reminds me of the twister in Wizard of Oz. The falling house side/survive in the window at 0:45 is Buster Keaton from "Steamboat Bill Jr." (1928).

I was just talking yesterday with a man who was nostalgic for hotdogs stuffed with Hormel chili (which apparently are no longer available, to his complete bewilderment). They were called, unsurprisingly, "Frank 'n Stuff."

I have the feeling the Double Down Dog would be an instant favorite with people like this man.

I just ate a double down dog for lunch today. It's greasy and very unhealthy. And I like it! I'm sure I'll regret this ten years from now, but I always live for the moment. :p

BTW, I like balut too. It is messy and can be unhealthy (high cholesterol). But don't knock it till you tried it. I've been eating it since I was about four or five years old. Yummy stuff. Next, you'll tell me you think dinuguan (pork's blood soup) is disgusting too!
