The Evolution of Stop-motion Animation

The art of using still pictures to create movies is almost as old as movies themselves. With stop-motion animation we can see inanimate objects move on their own, fantasy creatures that don’t exist, and art in action.

Sounds like the guy who called up NBC sports because they added a soundtrack of bird noises to a golf game. Only problem was the birds they added weren't indigenous to the location of the golf game.

Is this guy trying to become the new Carl Sagan or something? Because lately his PR team seems to have been working overtime... I mean, if he is, good for him but still - it feels like he has been on a PR tour rather than actually doing science lately.
